Happy New Year!

Dana drank from the kiddush cup, had apples and honey and wished my parents a happy New Year. I don't think an almost 2 year old could be anymore Jewish. It's fitting that she said "applesauce" this morning. Everyday there are more words and phrases. She keeps trying to do somersaults or at least pretending as though she might. She enjoys being quizzed on her body parts and ours and singing "Little Green Frog." I think her middle name should be changed to "fun." She loves to play games. Putting her feet on the kitchen table is the latest. I think I just need to ignore that one or it may never go away. She loves cuddling on the "big bed" before going in the crib. We love it too. If she could spend all day being read to, she would. She likes to "dwah (draw)" with her crayons. She can say some of her friends' names: Nolan, Jake, Evie and even Rachel. She is an amazing kid and I'm the luckiest Mom in the world.
