I haven't written in a few days because we've been engrossed in the DNC. But here's the news. The Wellbutrin is relieving my headaches! I haven't taken an imitrex in 6 days! I have been feeling much better. I haven't slept that well at nice because this stuff keeps me so wired but I'll take that over having headaches everyday. I saw Dr. Levine on Tuesday and he was very encouraged about the effect of the meds so early. It doesn't take it's full effect until 2-3 weeks after starting. So if it's already helping this early, it will just get better! At least I don't have to go on a non-FDA approved drug! And hopefully not the pill either!
I went to the therapist yesterday. She's great. And because I was so wired. I felt like we just had a really insightful conversation. I haven't felt judged at all, I've felt encouraged, affirmed and inspired. I have a lot of issues with my parents. But it's a work in progress. The main thing is that I'm feeling so much better and that's great for my husband and daughter.
Dana's latest words: "oakie dokie." I think that one is hilarious. She is saying "tree" now too which is great. One of these days she's just going to say a phrase and it will knock us out. She has been babbling a lot and one phrase in particular. I wish I could understand and I'm sure she wishes I could understand it.
World news vent: What the hell is happening with our government? McCain picked his VP and it's a woman with no experience. If this ticket wins, we're moving to Canada or ANYWHERE ELSE!
